Mitra International was founded by Heather Bagshawe, a 10 year veteran of international recruitment, staffing and management within the search and placement industry. Heather has a proven track record in the Oil and Gas technical recruitment service sector with vital knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry on a global basis. She has successfully developed two technical recruitment businesses from initial start-up to over 12 million in revenue.

Within the last four years, she has personally sourced and placed more than 400 technical professionals from Europe, the Middle East, Australia and North and South America within numerous Canadian EPC & Oil and Gas companies.

As a result of her experience, Heather has developed proven critical success factors enabling her and her team to locate top technical talent around the world. These factors include:

• Expertise in the immigration process and ability to service the special visa and mobilization requirements of both clients and candidates when placing overseas personnel.
